Aitolo-Akarnania prefecture, western Greece, is an area with strong earthquakes and large active fault systems. In Russia, as in other countries world, amount solid household waste has been sharply increasing lately. Therefore, processing disposal becoming increasingly problem requires adoption complex solutions. At same time, overcrowded smoking landfills, well formed unauthorized landfills main sources pollution. Landfills municipal only cause epidemiological hazard, but due anaerobic decomposition organic waste, causing formation explosive biogas, become a powerful source biological Biogas generated at MSW process toxic effect living organisms, contributes outbreak fires, unpleasant odors.
